Came here this morning for a matress, was greeted by a friendly staff name Mei. She was not only knowledgeable but also very patient with explaining different heights of box spring. We have been long term customers and their service has been trustworthy. This summer we bought two big items from Superco. Ken (sales manager) is very patient and responsible. He made sure the delivery service went well and kept good communication with us when we had questions. We also appreciate owner - Judy and IT - Max. Great team work overall and we can always come back.

My son is a freshmen in college and complained about spending too much money in food. I went in to Superco and got him the pressure cooker. He called me 2 days ago to tell me it works great and pretty easy to use. Thank you May for showing me some easy recipes for my son who is a beginner cook. Have been buying appliances from Ken the sales manager since 2014 back in their MPK location. Super friendly staffs and always have little surprise gifts for every customer. It’s really hard to find family owned appliances store that provides professional services and price matching. Hope their business stays strong in the years to come. I went in to look for a new blender for the summer and for my kids to use. Was greeted quite nicely when we walked in and the cashiers were very friendly. Purchased a Cuckoo hand blender for my daughter and she loves it. Easy to use and wash. 5 Stars.

Definitely your go to place for all things home appliance & furniture - best prices! I Had Kan help me out in the karaoke section and he was so knowledgeable. I came in and told him exactly what I wanted, he just told me what was the best and didn’t try to sell me anything else. I appreciated it. The check out was easy and fast. We had Superco to do our kitchen remodel in March 2021. Julie helped us to design the kitchen and made a visual representation of it. Julie spent a lot of time going over design ideas with us to make sure our kitchen looked beautiful and functions efficiently for all we need. The contractors were on time everyday and did work efficiently. Especially the contractor, Luke, he was just Top Notch, he was very responsible for his work and even extended his hours to complete everyday work. It was very pleasant to work with them. I bought some appliances for my new apartments. I’m a college student who just graduated so I couldn’t afford to pay everything at once. Thankfully the staff there was able to help me set up a finance program. Good interest rate and the cashier Christine was so sweet. I’ve been coming here for years and years now and I’ve always had help from Ken! He would be the first person to greet you when you arrive. I’d always ask him where everything is and he knows what to recommend and knows everything about anything I ask. This time I came in looking for a new refrigerator for our new house. He was able to direct me to where it was, while also suggesting which one I should get. Great customer service as always, and that’s thanks to Ken !

I ordered a washer at Superco at the end of April and wanted to have the washer delivered to my house before May. Ken, the manager of Superco, helped me and trying really hard to find the model I wanted. During this time, lots of containers were stuck at the port, and not many inventories were available. Ken was able to find me the washer after a few hours. I was so thankful that I could get the washer on time for my tenant to move in. Home Depot was not able to do it in a few days, plus they didn’t have lots of items in stock and have to wait 2-3 weeks. I am really pleased with Superco. It’s customer service and availability was great. I would strongly recommend this store, a super store to get house appliances. Thank you Ken, you are the best!
